Spiele » PC or PS4?

I'm thinking of buying playstation 4, but I already have PC and I have GTA V, Rocket League blah, blah...

So I wan't to know does it pays off to buy ps4 or stay on PC?

I like PUBG I'd like to buy it but I need better graphic card. I have budget 300 euros.

Is it better to buy ps4 or upgrade my PC and buy PUBG?
