Playconsol » Which game is trash?

I look around during my matches and i just think to myself what the actual hell. people trickling in. people not picking counters. people not grouping up. i know and do all these things yet i'm punished for the turds i get matchmade with. yet the enemy team stays grouped, combines ults, doesn't trickle. it shouldn't fall to me to have to teach people how to play this game. every season I've climbed from silver to upper gold. why do i always place in silver if i'm obviously a gold player.
