Software » How do you create icons like these in Illustrator?

hii,
I'm trying to make an icon of a phone that looks something similar to these, these and these icons. I've done a rudimentary sihoulette of the phone in Illustrator with the pen tool, but I want to achieve that look. I'm completely new to Illustrator, so any help would be much appreciated.
